Minicam’s Proteus HD System offers high-quality 1080p Full HD video recordings in pipes from 6” and up and can deploy over 1,640 feet from the access point with our fully automatic synchronized cable reel, without introducing noise or latency into the video feed all while using our tried & tested, easily repairable, copper cable.

Our Proteus HD fully-automatic cable reels ensure you’re cable is always perfectly in synchronization with your tractor, whether deploying down the pipe or on the way back, never get nervous about running over your cable again. Our ACR cable reel now supports our Full HD 1080p video footage, without introducing noise or latency even over 1,640ft of cable all while still using our much loved reinforced, lightweight 6-core copper cable, which means HD no longer means expensive repair bills.

With our new and improved control units, you can record, view, and annotate your HD inspection footage with ease. Equipped with a touchscreen, integrated mouse control, a full soft-touch keyboard and our dedicated hot-keys you are in control to work how you want, where you want as the MCU also has a bright daylight readable screen and an IP65 rain-proof water resistance rating you can be as confident working in the field as you are in the vehicle.
