Our Story
Minicam Inc, is the Minicam Group’s sales and service business in North America, providing manufacturers sales, training, service and support for the Minicam Group’s products.
Minicam Inc was established following the acquisition of Visual Imaging Resources (VIR) in April 2023, a business that shared our passion for providing customers with the best service and support for their pipeline inspection and maintenance equipment. Today the business offers direct sales for all of our group inspection and trenchless products, with a network of service centers across North America to provide support.

Minicam Inc. operates with specialized divisions to better serve its diverse customer base and streamline its offerings. Following the acquisition of Visual Imaging Resources, Minicam Inc expanded its capabilities in pipeline inspection and maintenance, maintaining a commitment to excellent service and support. Together, our divisions allow Minicam Inc. to meet the varying needs of the pipeline inspection and rehabilitation markets across North America.

What types of equipment does Minicam specialize in?
Minicam specializes in pipeline inspection, assessment, and rehabilitation equipment with its products lines of Proteus, SOLO PRO+, Hathorn, Sewertronics, and Dancutter.
Does Minicam offer any pipeline rehabilitation equipment?
Minicam offers Sewertronics UV curing equipment that can reline 2” to 24” diameter pipeline. Minicam also offer Dancutter which product range has the ability to reinstate pipeline from 2” to 16”.
Does Minicam offer any portable inspection systems?
Yes, Minicam offers both manual and motorized reel options in portable setups. These setups range from being setup on a portable cart powered by a battery to a portable cube setup in the back of a pickup truck or UTV. These setups have the capability of inspecting pipe diameters starting a 4” and up to 90” and beyond.
